Nansi Ivanišević

Ph.D. Nansi Ivanišević, graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb, French and Italian Language and Literature. She graduated from the Institute of Political Science and the Cultural Policy Observatory in Grenoble, France with the theme of War and Heritage on the example of Croatia. In September 2013 she completed postgraduate doctoral studies in Culture and Tourism and in 2014 earned Ph.D. in Science Communication between stakeholders in culture, education and tourism: an example of Cultural Tourism at the University of Zadar with the command of prof. Marc Gjidare, Paris 2 Assas. A specialist in the area of public education, culture and sport with an emphasis on communication in management in the context of decentralization. Since 1996, she has been employed by the State Administration for Culture and Education. In 1999, became Minister of Education and Sports in the Government of the Republic of Croatia. Founder and vice-president of the French Association in Split, later founder and until today president of Prokultur – Cultural Policy Observatory. Nansi is the director and producer of numerous projects, including the House of Language and Culture, and the Onaion – Omiš Gallery, the French Language and Culture Days, the International Evening of French Chansons, the Tourist Culture and Heritage Days, and the fish are wondering what’s in the museums of the city of Split , Cycle Art Without Borders, Cycles Split Cultural Encounters. She is the author of scientific and professional articles and participant of a larger number of expert and scientific meetings.
In her lecture work,she connect the mentioned areas, with an emphasis on government education from the state to the local level, particularly in the areas of education, culture and sport. In addition, regularly educates educators and other public about the importance of culture and education, especially children and young people, about the importance of heritage as the main cultural determinant and identity and tourism as an extremely important branch of the economy, as well as a link that serves to meet oneself and others.
She carries a high medal of the Government and the President of the French Republic.

Since 2015, she is the Personal Representative of the President of the Republic of Croatia in the International Organization of the Francophonie.
