Ph.D Romana Lekić majored her studies as a scientist through doctoral research studies in cultural anthropology and professional education for drama, dance and art educator. She works as an assistant dean at the first College of Communication Management Edward Bernays in Zagreb where she works as a bearer of the college and lecturer.

For many years she worked as vice dean for development and the Chair of Tourism at VERN ‘in Zagreb, where she was the possessor of many classes and Head of the Department for Continuing Education and Training.

She teaches as a visiting professor in Slovenia and Montenegro as well as lectures, training sessions and seminars on personal development, creativity, creative leadership and non-violent communication, transformational leadership and group dynamics. For many years, working as a trainer and consultant in the field of tourism and culture, a key expert in numerous European projects and associate of the Croatian Tourist Board, the Ministry of Tourism, UHPA (Association of Croatian travel agencies), as well as many development agencies at home and abroad.

In her pedagogical work she combines art therapy and colour therapy, Gestalt therapy and dance practice that teaches us how to be grounded, cantered, soft, present, fascinated for a time of change, and they happen to us constantly. Romana leads in a space where you wake up relationship with your heart, awaken creativity and freedom of movement of emotions through the dance of life. It leads you through where you wake up in your soul, the power of her imagination and intuition, that part of us that makes life juicy and exciting.
