Cardiff University, Senior Properties Historian at English Heritage and PhD student
Susan Greaney is an archaeologist from Bristol, United Kingdom, who has worked as a properties historian for English Heritage for over eleven years. Her role in the properties research team involves writing, curating and researching historic sites and monuments for presentation projects such as exhibitions and interpretation schemes. Her specialism is in British prehistory and between 2009 and 2014 she was closely involved with the development of the new visitor centre at Stonehenge. Since then, she has been involved in interpretation projects at Tintagel Castle and Chysauster Ancient Village, both in Cornwall. Susan is also a part-time PhD student at Cardiff University where she is in the third year of research investigating Neolithic ceremonial monument complexes in Britain and Ireland.
