Solin Tourist Board , Hotel President Solin and the City of Solin, within the 10h International Congress of Historical Cities, held from October 22nd till 25th at Hotel President Solin, by the decision of the jury, have awarded the winners with the International cultural-tourism award “Plautilla”. The award is given for the quality and innovation in historical cities management, in the field of interpretation and protection of cultural heritage, and the promotion and distribution of cultural tourism products.
The winners of the awards are:
Golden Plaque: Varaždin tourist board for a cultural-tourist event “Festival of Varaždin Yards”
Silver Plaque: Pula tourist board for cultural- tourism event “Living pictures of the Austro-Hungarian Pula”
Bronze Plaque: City of Našice for the cultural tourism project of restoration and valorization of cultural heritage “Našice – city of nobility and culture”
The award ceremony will take place on October 24th 2024 at 7 p.m. at hotel President Solin.
