Stipan Dilber is the curator of the Franciscan Museum in Tomislavgrad and presdient for the Tomislavgrad Tourist Board. Through his work at the museum, he is actively involved in the popularization and tourist valorization of the cultural and natural heritage of the Tomislavgrad Municipality.His special focus is on the research of speleological objects and the development of speleotourism. He has participated in numerous archaeological researches in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia. The most notable research is  the one on hill Lib, which is assumed to be the main Delmatian center. He is the author of several solo exhibitions, of which the most popular it is the African Collection of the Franciscan Museum Tomislavgrad due to the attraction of the objects. He has participated in several international projects, and the Delmati-Strength of fellowships project is the most notable. He is the author and co-author of several professional and scientific journals and museum catalogs.
